This is what the front of the cemetery looks like , I love the little bridge that goes over the creek. There is a road off to the side
This is a nice size cemetery and my reason for the stop is I have a family member buried up here.There might be more but we ran out of time it took us a while to find her. It was the same trying to find her parents in Griggsville. This is a nice cemetery I took photos of some of the Grave Markers and wrote some of the names down .I also went to Pittsfield library and copied two pages out of their books so I will post them also.

This is the Grave that I was looking for and she is the seventh child of Joseph and Martha Rhodes. Mary Jane was a twin.

We have her death as 1891 of May. She married William A. Casteel on Oct.7,1883, he was born Aug. 25, 1862 and he passed away July 10,1934 in Portland, Or.

I would think that this is her Daughter but she is not mentioned in the family history. She has a daughter by the name of Eva Casteel Dinsmore and she was born Aug 21, 1886 and passed away May 8, 1910 from tuberculosis. Her and her Husband ,I think they are also buried here. Harry died from tuberculosis in Phoenix, AZ. There is mention of a little girl by the name of Ethel Pauline died very young and she was from his second wife. I was reading Mary's obituary and it does mention Lena as been their child.
